We had orecchiette, an ear-shaped type of pasta, in the pantry from our big shopping at Trader Joe’s before our move to Fiji. I sauteed it in lots of olive oil with sausage, peas and Parmesan, then garnished with fresh basil from our garden for an easy, lovely and flavor-packed meal.
