We visited Cacao Fiji’s farm in Dreketi on Vanua Levu in October 2019. The owner of the business coordinated a tour with one of the farm workers, who kindly showed us around. We learned about the process of cocoa farming and production and were inspired to ferment and dry our own beans from fresh fruit that the farm generously gave us. Stay tuned for more on that experiment.
These photos were taken by me, using a Canon T7.
