I’m a big fan of The Ginger People’s Uncrystallized Bare Ginger. The company is in Fiji, and the product I bought is made in Fiji, but their reach is global–you can buy their products at Trader Joe’s, and the company claims to be the top ginger brand in the world.

This ginger candy has that wonderful ginger zing, and it’s not too sweet. I actually ate an entire pack for breakfast once because I like it so much.

Ginger is a natural remedy for stomach ailments, too.

I also love the branding. The creative illustration of the ginger character on the package is adorable: a flirty ginger-lady lying on a bed of sugar. See more cute illustrations at their website, plus recipes.
