Big Boys is a zin from Italy, and, as its name suggests, it’s a big, jammy red that’s fruit forward with medium-light acidity. A good sipping wine, and also a good wine to complement a pasta or meat dish. I broke open this baby and started partaking while cooking a hearty pappardelle dish.
